Chamber of Commerce East Lancashire (CCEL) is the only Chamber in the UK to have a dedicated supply chain division Chamber Supply Chain (CSC). CSC has been in operation for over ten years, delivering procurement programmes to both the public and the private sectors. It specialises in working with public sector organisations in developing the potential of local provision and works with SMEs in developing their competencies to bid, quote and tender for public sector contracts. CCEL is the only Chamber in the UK to hold the accolade Approved Study Centre from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS), and is the host of the North Lancashire branch of CIPS.
