Chorley Borough Council spends approximately £14 million (revenue and capital) each year within the private sector, providing commercial opportunities to organisations both large and small, and also those in the voluntary sector. The Council's Corporate Procurement Team provide procurement support to each of our service areas and is responsible for promoting and coordinating procurement best practice across the authority.
