The Guernsey Chamber of Commerce
The Guernsey Chamber of Commerce was formed in 1808. It exists to link together the members of the business community so they may speak with an authoritative voice on matters concerning trade, commerce and industry in the Island of Guernsey and to work together for their mutual benefit to:
- Promote trade commerce and industry on the island.
- Formulate views on States policy legislation etc. using the benefit of members’ combined knowledge and experience and communicate those views to the appropriate authorities.
- Represent the business community.
- Provide services for members.
The Guernsey Chamber of Commerce has nearly 600 members covering all aspects of trade, commerce and industry represented in Guernsey. Having excellent communications with all its members, it is regarded as the key provider of business comment in Guernsey.
