Procurement Lincolnshire is part of a wider shared services programme. The overall aim is to provide a centralised procurement service on behalf of each local authority across Lincolnshire. The team is hosted by Lincolnshire County Council, but governed by a Member Management Board comprising of representatives from each partner authority. Procurement Lincolnshire provides advice and assistance on complex procurement projects, co-ordinates tender exercises and seeks to maximise procurement efficiencies through collaboration.
